What LifVio is

LifVio is a personal life-admin tool that helps you track subscriptions, document expiry dates, and set up a lightweight continuity check-in. It is an early-stage product in active development.

What data we collect

We collect the data you enter: your email address, subscription names and amounts, document names and expiry dates, and check-in settings. We do not connect to your bank. We do not read your emails. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to provide the features of LifVio — sending renewal alerts, showing your dashboard, and running the check-in system. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL provider). Connections are encrypted in transit. At this stage of the product we do not hold certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Offline access and browser storage

To keep LifVio readable when your connection drops, we store a limited metadata snapshot in your browser using IndexedDB (a standard browser storage API). This snapshot can include renewal names, billing amounts and currencies, upcoming dates, document names and expiry dates, vehicle and item reminder dates, radar item metadata, and check-in status.

We do not store the following in the offline cache: raw document files, signed document download links, authentication tokens, Stripe or payment identifiers, trusted contact personal details, or continuity instructions and emergency handover text.

The offline snapshot may remain stored in your browser until you sign out or until a fresh dashboard load replaces it. The app may mark saved data as stale after a period of time, but that is a warning label — it does not automatically delete the cached data.

On shared devices, you should sign out when you are done to ensure your saved offline data is cleared from the browser.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the contact page. We will process the request promptly.

Changes to this policy

As LifVio develops, this policy may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
